Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b se jedn\u00e1 nap\u0159. o pacienty po \u00farazech, traumatick\u00fdch po\u0161kozen\u00edch centr\u00e1ln\u00ed nervov\u00e9 soustavy nebo v pokro\u010dil\u00fdch st\u00e1di\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed typu ALS, roztrou\u0161en\u00e1 skler\u00f3za apod., stejn\u011b jako o pacienty prelingv\u00e1ln\u011b nesly\u0161\u00edc\u00ed \u010di ohluchl\u00e9, pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed znakov\u00fd jazyk, pacienty s poruchou autistick\u00e9ho spektra, d\u011btsk\u00fdm autismem, ment\u00e1ln\u00ed retardac\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9ho stupn\u011b \u010di pacienty s demenc\u00ed, af\u00e1zi\u00ed, dysf\u00e1zi\u00ed atd.<\/p>\n<p>Je \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed, aby zdravotnick\u00fd person\u00e1l, kter\u00fd p\u0159ijde s takov\u00fdmi pacienty do styku, byl schopen s nimi \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b komunikovat, diagnostikovat jejich obt\u00ed\u017ee a adekv\u00e1tn\u011b reagovat na jejich pot\u0159eby, a to prim\u00e1rn\u011b v situaci prvn\u00edho kontaktu p\u0159i akutn\u00edch obt\u00ed\u017e\u00edch a p\u0159i p\u00e9\u010di v l\u016f\u017ekov\u00fdch zdravotnick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch. Proto jsou v\u00a0na\u0161em souboru komunika\u010dn\u00edch karet zahrnuta t\u00e9mata akutn\u00edch obt\u00ed\u017e\u00ed, zji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed sekund\u00e1rn\u00edch zdravotn\u00edch komplikac\u00ed, s nimi\u017e se pacient l\u00e9\u010d\u00ed, a o\u0161et\u0159ovatelstv\u00ed v l\u016f\u017ekov\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch, v\u010detn\u011b sd\u011blen\u00ed pot\u0159eb a diskomfortu pacienta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed alternativou komunikace b\u00fdvaj\u00ed v\u00edce\u00fa\u010delov\u00e9 komunika\u010dn\u00ed pom\u016fcky vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed tablety a po\u010d\u00edta\u010de.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Komunika\u010dn\u00ed sd\u011blen\u00ed reprezentuj\u00ed elektronick\u00e9 komunika\u010dn\u00ed tabulky (tzv. m\u0159\u00ed\u017eky), kter\u00e9 se otev\u00edraj\u00ed, edituj\u00ed a sd\u00edlej\u00ed v\u00a0po\u010d\u00edta\u010di se syst\u00e9mem Windows 10 nebo vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm, odkud je pak lze
